At MAL ORGANIC, we strive to provide the highest quality organic products. In accordance with the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003, we ensure that our goods conform to the standards and warranties provided.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Perishable items that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective or do not meet stated quality standards.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Please report such issues immediately to our support team for a “hassle-free” resolution.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
  • For cancellations made before an order is dispatched, refunds are typically processed within 3 days.
